IMPORTANT: You need to have a client setup in order to start an order. There are two different paths to start an order in Workflow:
"Place New Order" in main navigation
Quick start from the Workflow home screen
From the "Manage Clients" page
1. "Place New Order" Path
Select "Order MTM Clothing and Shirts" from the dropdown under "Place New Order" in the main Workflow navigation.
If selecting an existing client from the dropdown, the new order starts immediately when you click on a client. You don't have to click the "Go" button.
If creating a new client, you will need to enter the client's information when the "Create New Client" page appears. Click the "Begin Order" button after entering the required client information to start a new order.
2. Workflow Home Screen Path
The first page you see after logging into Workflow is the Workflow home screen. Under the "Tasks" section, there is a quick order start in the top left corner.
Search or scroll to find an existing client using the "Existing Clients" dropdown.
Click "Go" to start a new order for that client.
3. "Manage Clients" Path
The “Manage Clients” page has a list of your clients and action buttons you can use to place an order, edit client information, access measurements, and view order history. We suggest using this method as best practice.
Select "Manage Clients" under the "My Account" tab in the main Workflow navigation.
Search or scroll to find an existing client.
Click the "Place Order" button found to the right of the client's name to start a new order for that client.
