1 - Creating Your New Account

Trinity support will setup a new account in Workflow based on the information you entered in the online application form and your business address. Let us know at info@trinity-apparel.com or use the chat feature if any information has changed. Information we need to set up your account:

  • Contact Name

  • Business Name

  • Billing Address

  • Shipping Address

  • Phone

  • Primary Email

2 - Log In to Your Account

You will receive an email that contains your username and password when we create your account. Log into your new account at https://workflow.trinity-apparel.com/login.php

3 - Changing your password

Go to "My Account" > "Account Info" in the dropdown after you log in. You should see an "Update Password". Change your password to something you will remember.

4 - Additional Information

Add additional emails to your account that you want to also receive notifications and announcements from Trinity.

You can ignore the Social Media section.
