How to get in touch if you need help and support.

After you sign into Workflow, you should see a small blue Chat icon at the lower right of your screen it will always be there as you work. This feature will let you:

  • Start a chat with the Trinity team

  • Search articles in our Help Center

NOTE: Intercom is not available in Studio at this time.

1. Trinity Help Center (Intercom)

The fastest way to find answers is to search our Help Center articles because they are optimized for search and easy to read.

  • Enter your question and/or keywords into the "Search for articles..." box.

  • Click on an article in the search results if it relates to your question.

  • Start a chat if you need additional help or can't find any helpful articles.

2. Open a Chat (Intercom)

Trinity support team gets notified instantaneously and will respond to your chat as soon possible. There might be a delay outside normal business hours. Use chat to:

  • Ask questions

  • Get advice

  • Give feedback

  • Report bugs
