Shipping from HQ to dealer overnight. Request must be made before 8 am CST.
For delivery by 8:30am:

For delivery by 10:30am:

📦 Direct to Client from HQ
Standard overnight shipping from HQ directly to dealer's client. Request must be made by 8am CST.
Change of address = $40
Note: Trinity can not legally remove the "Made In" tag before delivery to your client.

Cancelled Orders
If single length order is cancelled or fabric is changed after the order is submitted, the dealer will be billed regardless.

Personal Discount
Year-round personal discount of 30% off for CUSTOM SELLERS ONLY— excludes family, friends, admin employees, etc.)
To qualify for the 30% personal discount, dealer must maintain an average of $800/mo in non-discounted sales. Personal discounts will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
New accounts are entitled to 30% off of their personal orders for their first 365 days (1 year)
Return Policy
100% free remake on us if Trinity is at fault
Original garment must be returned to Trinity prior to a remake credit. Only exception is to visually approve & validate fabric flaws.
Remakes must be requested within 360 days after original delivery.
Credits expire after 90 days
Alterations
Trinity no longer offers alteration services as of Dec 31, 2018.
