About Order Statuses

  • Real-time status updates for individual garments as they through the production cycle.

  • Order status only works for orders that have been submitted.

  • Order status tracking does not work for parts orders at this time.

IMPORTANT: The Trinity support team monitors garment progress daily. Please be patient and hold back from contacting support unless a garment has been stuck in a single status past normal estimated ranges.

-----------------------------------

Location

  • Type in your client's name in the search bar and select them in the drop-down.

  • Click on the DO you'd like to view, and you will see each garment in the DO along with the Status of each.

Delayed Status

  • If you have any orders that are in a Delayed Status ord Hold, you can view them at your Dashboard.

Order Search Screen

  • Use the filters on the left side of the screen to isolate and drill down into individual garments or orders. Useful if you have a lot of active orders.

  • Orders Tab - Quick overview of garments in certain order statuses. Clicking on a status will do the same as using the left "Order Status" filter and result in a filtered table with only garments in that status.

  • Payments Tab - Use the "Deposit Paid" link to view a filtered table for garments that have had their 50% deposit paid. The other links are not extremely useful.

  • Delays Tab - Quick view that shows if there are any delays.

Delayed Status

  • If you have any orders that are in a Delayed Status or Hold, you can view them at the bottom of your Dashboard.
