About Order Statuses
Real-time status updates for individual garments as they through the production cycle.
Order status only works for orders that have been submitted.
Order status tracking does not work for parts orders at this time.
IMPORTANT: The Trinity support team monitors garment progress daily. Please be patient and hold back from contacting support unless a garment has been stuck in a single status past normal estimated ranges.

Payments Tab - Use the "Deposit Paid" link to view a filtered table for garments that have had their 50% deposit paid. The other links are not extremely useful.
