About

A casual, unconstructed jacket with self-facing fabric. Lightweight.

Who is it for?

Most men need some help in understanding how to dress casually but still look professional and put together. Sell Tuscany to every one of your clients and use it to acquire new clients (e.g., you sell the father but not his college-age son). It is ideal for any and every man. For twenty-something guys that haven’t yet figured out how good they look in a sport coat, this jacket dresses them up. For the older gentleman who never figured out casual Fridays, this jacket is a wardrobe essential and can be worn with khakis, jeans or even sweats.

How & When to Wear it.

On the plane with jeans and running shoes. Any casual work setting Football or basketball games AND definitely, wear it on date night!

Styling Suggestions

Start with a navy solid, cotton seersucker Tuscany coat for spring/summer and build from there, then by July or August, he will need another navy blue in corduroy or moleskin for fall/winter PLUS another coat in his college colors!

Tuscany can be made up in many types of fabrications. Here are just a few:

  • Cotton twills, cotton/linens, corduroy, moleskin

  • Wool/silks, wool/silk/linen blends

  • Rugby Flannel, Donegals, Calvary twills

Whatever fabrics you choose, we recommend sticking to fabrics that have some weight and body rather than having a lot of drape. Since it’s unstructured, the fabric needs some substance to give the coat personality.

And remember since the coat is only partially lined (1/3 or 1/4 + sleeves) it will turn out cleaner on the inside with patch lower front pockets.
