Do you have an order that has a tight delivery deadline? If so, here are a couple of recommendations for the fastest possible delivery time.

Recommendations

  • Select a Trinity In-Stock (At Once) Fabric

Trinity In-Stock (At Once) fabric means that the fabric is stocked at our factory ready to be cut for your garment.

Some things to Avoid

  • Single-Length or CMT Fabrics

  • Hand-Sewn Garments & Options: Mayfair & Milanese Buttonholes

  • Formal Treatment

  • Gladson Flash & Custom Linings

  • Special Instructions

Checking a Fabric's Availability

There are several different ways to view the status of a fabric.

  • Fabrics: View Fabrics

  • Entering an Order

  • Scanning QR Code on Back of Folder

Fabrics: View Fabrics

Select Fabric > View Fabrics > Set Filters > Go > Filter View of all Single Length or Trinity-Owned fabrics by collection

Fabrics: Fabric Explorer

From Main Workflow Navigation Bar: Select Fabrics > Explore Fabrics > Select Filters > Select Fabric

Fabric Availability - Statuses Explained:

  • At Once = fabric is physically at the factory and production can start without delay

  • Single Cut Length = fabric needs to ship from vendor to factory so and can not move to Ready status or Production until fabric arrives

  • Temp Out = fabric is being reordered and will become available shortly

  • Out of Stock = fabric will not be reordered and is no longer available

You can filter fabrics by availability.

Entering an Order

Place New Order > Add New Item > Select Tailoring Grade & Model >  Enter Trinity Fabric # > View status under the swatch
