Completed orders can be held at HQ until a specific date. You have the option to hold all orders or choose specific DO's to hold at HQ. You can remove the hold or edit the hold date at any time.
Two Ways to Hold Orders
Hold All - All orders are held at HQ until a specific date
Hold a Specific DO (Order) - Selected Orders are held at HQ until a specific date

Found under My Account > Shipping Hold
This setting allows holding all of your orders at Trinity, preventing shipping them out until the given date. You can edit the Hold Until Date by visiting this page.
Hold a Specific DO (Order)
Found under Order Status > Order Status
You can also set holds on individual orders on the order status page (search in your orders for them).
The hold is set on the order summary screen and will show up when anyone views this screen.
To put an order on hold, please click the edit button and set the hold until date in a popup. The date can be anywhere from the current date to two years from now.
