Elegant in its softness and hand-work throughout, Mayfair, offers your customers tailoring that rivals the best of London, Milan or Naples. Each Mayfair suit demands over 22 hours of workmanship and features hand-sewn components in the most important areas of a garment.

Hand-sewn Jacket Components

  • Full canvas*

  • Hand set collar

  • Hand Sewn high quality undercollar felt in four colors**

  • Storm Tab

  • Pic Stitching***

  • Button holes

  • Buttons

  • Optional Pocket edge D-stitching

  • Breast pocket

  • Sleeve vent bar tacks

  • Back vent bar tacks

  • Boutonniere loop

  • Back center lining bar tack

  • Interior breast pocket bag hand-sewn to canvas

  • Sweat pad

  • Lining construction

  • Back vent construction – interlinings

  • Sleeve vent construction – interlinings

  • Labels

Jacket Restrictions:

  • No shoulder patches – Allow, but machine sewn

  • No gun patches – Allow, but machine sewn

  • No Epaulettes

  • No bi-swing back

  • No elbow patches – Allow, but machine sewn
