Simply put in the code from the bunch book and a Trinity fabric code will populate. We will handle fulfillment from there.
IMPORTANT: Before you start the multi-step process for a CMT fabric order, check and see if we have it cross-coded the fabric into Workflow.
What does Cross-Coding mean?
Trinity uploads vendor supply numbers into Workflow and automatically creates an equivalent Trinity fabric number.
Cross-coded CMT fabrics can be selected for use the same way Trinity fabrics can be during the ordering process.
Trinity takes care of the logistics of getting the fabric from the vendor to the factory. You do not have to go through the standard CMT process.
How do I select a Cross-Coded fabric in Workflow?
Start an order as you normally would for a client
Add a new item to the order
In the new item popup, select "Trinity Fabric #" for the fabric option
Input the vendor/supplier number (see "Formatting" below).
If the fabric is cross-coded, Trinity fabric numbers should appear as suggestions.
If no results are found then the fabric might not be in our system and you will need to go through the standard CMT process.
Select the fabric that has the correct fabric vendor description.
When the fabric preview loads, confirm that the fabric you selected is from the correct vendor collection.
NOTE: Most Cross-Coded CMT fabrics in Workflow do not have image previews at this time. As a result, visualizing garments in Studio is also not currently available.
Formatting is Very Important
The format of how you input vendor/supplier numbers into Workflow is very important. If no results appear for a fabric, try inputing it a slightly different way. Follow these guidelines for best results:
Ariston = C101-5
Dormeuil = 209202
Gladson = 520011
Linx = ST 5508-8113
Loro Piana =S13033 or N703022 (enter as it appears in bunch book)
Marzoni = 605 304 900
Reda =188031-1
Scabal = 704872
Thomas Mason Bespoke = FM33268-6610ย
Zegna = 63103-S20
