Trinity's policies and pricing for CMT fabrics.

CMT Policy

  1. Dealers are responsible for the fabric they order and send to either Trinity office.

  2. Dealers are expected to provide vendors with the Trinity CMT form and communicate its importance.

  3. Trinity will no longer accept CMT fabrics sent directly to the factory in mainland China. All direct CMT fabrics shipping internationally must be sent to "Trinity Asia" in Hong Kong.

  4. Dealer name, ID number, customer name, fabric number, and fabric vendor MUST be physically attached to each individual cut of fabric on the vendor fabric tags. Each and every garment ID# MUST have a dedicated a CMT cut of cloth.

  5. It is recommended that dealers request a tracking # for all orders from the vendor. This is particularly important for Hong Kong CMT Orders.

  6. USA CMT Fabrics must arrive to our office by 12pm Fridays to be included in that weeks shipment to the factory! All fabrics that arrive after 12 pm Friday or with missing/incomplete information or accompanied by an order that is yet to be uploaded will be held until the following week.

  7. CMT orders will be cancelled automatically in the system after 30 Days of Fabric Hold if the fabric does not arrive to our offices.
