IMPORTANT: All CMT Orders are required to have a Trinity CMT Order Label filled out completely and sent with the fabric. Orders that arrive without this order label will not be processed.

CMT Process

BEFORE YOU START: Check and see if the CMT fabric you want use is cross-coded into Workflow. This will save you a lot of time and effort!

STEP 1 - Start a New Order for the CMT Garment.

  • Go to "Manage Clients" and start a new order for the client

  • Click "Add New Item" next to the customer's name to bring up the Add Item modal

  • Select the desired garment type and tailoring grade

  • Select "CMT" in the fabric options (new inputs will appear)

  • Choose a Fabric Vendor

  • If you are in the USA, select "Trinity USA" for the ship destination; if in the UK, select "Trinity Apparel (UK) Ltd"; if not in the USA or UK, select "Trinity Asia"

  • Enter the vendor fabric number

  • Give a simple but unique description of the fabric so that it could be distinguished from other fabrics in close proximity

  • Select the fabrics composition from the dropdown. If you do not see the exact composition of the fabric, choose the closest match

  • Enter the fabric length (in yards) that you are sending and that is based off of our CMT consumption chart

  • Add any supplier instructions that are needed (optional) and click "Add Item"

  • Go through the ordering process as you would with a Trinity fabric and place the order

  • Your order will be placed in "CMT Fabric Hold" status until Trinity receives a package from you containing the CMT fabric and label (next section)

  • Copy the garment ID number for the CMT item (not the "ID-", just the numbers)

STEP 2 - Generate a Trinity CMT Order Label.

  • Go to https://trinity-apparel.com/cmt_fabric/ and paste the CMT garment ID number into the text field

  • Click on the down arrow icon to download the CMT label and print it out

  • Attach the label to the face side of the fabric securely without damaging the fabric

  • Package and ship the fabric to the address indicated on the label. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number from the shipper

STEP 3 - We will process your CMT order.

  • We will confirm length and send it to the Trinity factory for production.

STEP 4 - The CMT garment will go through the normal production cycle.

  • You can track the the progress of garments by going to "Order Status" in the main Workflow navigation
